In fulfillment of the information duty according to the general data protection (art. 13 and 14) we herewith inform you about the processing of your personal data in the context of our business relation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The protection of your person-related data is of the utmost concern to us. The personal information will be used exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (general data protection regulation, data protection law, telecommunication law). In this general data protection regulation, we inform you as an existing or new costumer about the most important aspects regarding the data processing within the scope of our existing or future business relation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose and legal basis of the data processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\nstore and process the data you have provided (company name, name,\nphone number, email address) to prepare service arrangements and\nservice settlements, for contract management, customer support and\nmarketing and publicity purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nlegal bases for the processing of your personal data are the\nfulfillment of the contract including contract initiation (art. 6\n(1)(b) GDPR), the fulfillment of the legal obligations (art. 6 (1)(c)\nGDPR), legitimate interests (art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR) as well as your\nconsent (art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration of data retention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\nprocess your personal data, as far as these are necessary for the\nabove-mentioned purposes, for the duration of the business\nrelationship, starting with the contract initiation up to the\ncontract termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\naddition, the required data will be retained until expiry of the\nretention periods provided by the Austrian Corporate Code (UGB) and\nthe Austrian Federal Fiscal Code (BAO) (i.e. seven years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data security and data transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\nuse a variety of structural, infrastructural, organizational and\ncomputer security measures to ensure the confidentiality and\nintegrity of customer data. Any data transfer or data transmission\ntakes place exclusively due to legal regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\npart of our business activities, we regularly work with external IT\nservice providers, advertising agencies, banks and tax consultants\nwho, if necessary, can access your personal data as part of their\njob. All the processors we cooperate with are contractually obliged\nto comply with the data protection regulations before they begin\ntheir work.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Newsletter \/ recipe service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All customers have the opportunity to visit our website for our e-mail newsletter for a variety of topics, such as: new products, promotions, food legal information and much more, as well as for the online recipe service. By actively clicking on the „access request“ and filling out the data you agree as a subscriber to receive the newsletter or to access the recipe service. The consent can be revoked at any time (for example by e-mail to our e-mail address office.at@lesaffre.com). Your personal data provided to receive the newsletter will be deleted immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contacting with interested parties<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the case of contact by interested parties (for example through e-mail or online contact form), the details of the interested parties are stored for six months for processing and answering the inquiry as well as for any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without the consent of the respective interested parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
